Women's Ministy

Women’s Fellowship of Hillside

Mission statement:  Where we, through prayer, desire to share our faith, live a life of

                                   Holiness, and serve others.

 

Who we are:  All women of HCC 18 or older are welcome to participate in various

                       capacities.

 

How we function:  Leadership board made up of a Ministry leader and a leadership  

                                group.

 

Goals:  Involve all the women of HCC in the ministry in some way.

             Community service/evangelism (invite, ministering).

             Ministering to those in need (never alone, healing, ministering).

             Grow in faith and support each other in our growth (instruction).

             Pray for our church, our sisters, our ministry, our direction.

 

When we meet:  Try to have a monthly event. Mixture of fun, instruction, and service.

 

Examples include:  Quarterly breakfast, holiday programs, Valentines High Tea, Women of Faith, Beth Moore, Secret Sisters, clothing drive/school supplies for youth in community.   

 

Needs:  “Many hands make light work.”  

               Love to see more of the younger women involved.  

               Always welcome fresh new ideas.
